Sales technology has a crowding problem. Ninety-eight percent of sales organizations are investing in AI. Yet seventy-five percent of sellers still spend most of their week buried in administrative work. Ninety-four percent of buyers now do deep research with AI before they ever speak to a rep. More tools, more data, more noise. What’s missing is trust.
That gap is where Even Realities is building.
The company was founded in 2023 on a simple, almost old-fashioned belief: technology should stay out of the way. Its founders come from two very different worlds, the precision engineering of Apple, Samsung, and Philips, and the craftsmanship of the eyewear industry. The name says it all. EVEN exists to blend the physical and the digital, so the wearer never has to choose between the two.
Their product is Even G2, a pair of smart glasses built for the highest-stakes moment in sales, the live conversation itself.
Here is the insight behind it. AI has already captured the moments before and after a meeting. It drafts the outreach. It logs the CRM update. But during the meeting, when a buyer asks a hard question or raises a competitor’s name, the rep is on their own, often splitting attention between a human being and a laptop screen. That is the white space Even G2 fills. Key facts, discovery questions, and real-time cues appear directly in the seller’s line of sight, without ever forcing them to look away from the buyer’s eyes.
The engineering choices matter as much as the ambition. The glasses are camera-free by design, which protects the trust of everyone in the room. They weigh just 36 grams, are prescription-ready, and run two days on a single charge. This is not a gadget for a keynote demo. It is meant for everyday wear.
The workflow spans the whole meeting lifecycle. Before the call, conversational prep notes replace the hours reps spend building briefs they never open again. During the call, contextual AI cues surface facts and fact-checks in real time, and built-in translation covers more than thirty-five languages, letting cross-border teams meet without an interpreter in the room. After the call, the glasses capture and transcribe the conversation hands-free, then generate a summary of commitments, open questions, and next steps. What used to be a source of drag and drift becomes a clear set of actions within minutes.
For enterprise teams, Even Realities is opening a platform called Event Hub, with an SDK arriving soon that lets companies build their own heads-up applications and connect their own CRM and customer data. Every enterprise deployment demands strict discipline around privacy, paired with end-to-end encryption, automatic scrubbing of sensitive data, and a choice between local or cloud storage.
Live translation, delivered during a keynote demonstration between team members in Berlin and the U.S., showed just how far the application reaches beyond sales, into acting, public speaking, and any profession built on live human performance.
But the deeper point is the one worth remembering. Sales will always be a human discipline, grounded in rapport and trust. The best technology does not try to replace that. It disappears into the background and lets the rep be fully present, fully informed, and fully persuasive in the moment that decides the deal.
That is the promise of glasses you forget you are wearing, while elevating the conversation your buyer never forgets.
