ONYX (7/13/04) Announced the release of CRMExpress, a pre-configured package that includes Onyx Enterprise CRM software licenses, implementation services, training and product support for a fixed fee. The company promises that the package provides a complete CRM system that can be implemented in 30 days or less at an affordable price.

SIEBEL (7/13/04) Announced the release of Siebel Enterprise Marketing Suite 7.7, a new version of its marketing application suite. The software provides a closed-loop solution intended to help organizations acquire more profitable customers, cross-sell and up-sell more effectively, retain valued customers longer and improve the effectiveness of the entire marketing process. The package also includes a new loyalty program management solution, marketing planning and resource management capabilities, segmentation capabilities and unique interactive and guided assistance.

AMDOCS (7/14/04) Announced the signing of a long-term global framework agreement with Vodafone, the world’s largest mobile community. The new global framework agreement specifies service levels, pricing and a legal framework for all future projects between Amdocs and Vodafone companies worldwide.

SALESNET (7/19/04) Announced that InteliTarget, a provider of database-driven prospect and pipeline development services, has agreed to be an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partner. Under the OEM agreement Salesnet’s private-label hosted CRM application will front-end the user interfaces associated with InteliTarget’s sales and marketing services.

SALESFORCE.COM (7/21/04) Released its summer ’04 product line to its customers and paying subscribers worldwide. The new product line includes additional customization, integration and globalization features.
