At the DCI CRM Conference & Exposition held in February at McCormick Place in Chicago, Barton Goldenberg, president of ISM, praised the following 15 companies “that offer the best, most comprehensive CRM software functionality tested to date.” The winners scored highest in 145 different selection criteria, including 91 business functions, 36 technical features and 18 user-friendly/support features.
