Mr. Alexander serves as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Premiere Global. In this role, he is responsible for the direct sales force and business development. Since joining the Company, Mr. Alexander has expanded the sales team, implemented global sales programs to leverage Premiere Global’s international operations and sales force, and developed key customer accounts, which have led to accelerated revenue growth. Before joining Premiere Global, Mr. Alexander served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Interland, a provider of business-class Web hosting services. At Interland, Mr. Alexander developed the company’s direct sales force, reseller channels, and led the marketing which propelled the company to number one in market share. Prior to Interland, Mr. Alexander served as Vice President of Marketing for BellSouth International. At BellSouth, he led the voice and data marketing efforts, including the definition of new products and marketing strategy, and he was responsible for launching business operations in multiple markets. Mr. Alexander has also held senior sales and marketing positions with Scientific-Atlanta and MCI Telecommunications Corporation. Mr. Alexander has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a MBA from Emory University.

Eric Berridge is a principal and cofounder of Bluewolf. He has over 15 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies to successfully leverage enterprise software applications. Seeing the need for enterprise consulting services that were affordable, added measurable value, and were iterative, he cofounded Bluewolf with his partner, Michael Kirven, in 2000. At a time when enterprise consulting was dying a slow death (the dot-com consultancies were shutting their doors) Bluewolf thrived, working with over 1,000 organizations - including such industry leaders as salesforce.com, Eloqua, Oracle, OpenAir, and SuccessFactors - to help them adopt on-demand solutions.

Under his leadership, Rick Blabolil spearheaded tremendous growth for MI during the past decade, enabling MI to become one of the largest incentive marketing companies in the U.S. At MI, Rick drives the overall business strategy of the company as well as lends his expertise to solving our clients’ toughest challenges. Sanford C. Brown has served as Heartland's Chief Sales Officer since January 2, 2006. Prior to accepting this role, Mr. Brown served as Heartland's Senior Vice President of Sales Management and was responsible for our sales infrastructure, sales policy, and formulating business development strategies. From late 2000 to 2003 Mr. Brown, served as the Senior Vice President of Hospitality Marketing and was responsible for strategies to develop and acquire relationships with trade associations nationally. Mr. Brown has served in a variety of other sales and sales management positions since joining Heartland in 1997, including District, Division, Regional and Vice President positions. Mr. Brown attended Northern Arizona University where he studied Marketing.

Jon Dessel is one of the foremost experts and most sought after national speaker in the field of business automation and Web 2.0 technologies. Mr. Dessel has earned recognition by such international organizations as AIIM and IEEE, as one of the top Information Technology Strategists in the country. He had also served for six years as an advanced technological advisor to the Department of Defense, NSA, and Department of Homeland Security. ITIQ develops business automation tools and SaaS products for the mobile workforce industry.

Christine Duffy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Maritz Travel, one of the largest meeting, event and incentive travel management companies in the world. Jeanne Frawley is the co-founder and Executive Director of the University Sales Education Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at promoting sales education in colleges and universities. In addition, she serves as the Director of Corporate Development and University Programs for the HR Chally Group in Dayton, OH. While co-founding the USEF, Jeanne organized the Top University Sales Programs annual supplement to Selling Power Magazine, a publication highlighting the leading programs throughout the world. In addition, Jeanne established the University Sales Assessment and Career Development Program, providing an opportunity to match students with sales and sales management positions. Prior to her time with Chally, Jeanne was Assistant Director of Admissions at The University of Dayton. Jeanne was also the Director of Training and Client Services for TPG TeleManagement and Technologies, a teleservices consulting firm where she directed clients such as Discover Bank, Harrah’s Entertainment, Shaklee Corporation, Verizon Wireless, and the Wall Street Journal. Gerhard Gschwandtner is the founder and CEO of Personal Selling Power , Inc., a magazine and book publishing company located in Fredericksburg, VA. After seven years as an international sales and marketing executive in Austria, France, and the United States, he started a sales training consulting company and trained over 10,000 salespeople in Europe and the United States. Dan Perry began his career with Standard Register Corporation where he excelled and become the number one Sales Representative for 15 of the 30 months he was employed. Seeking additional opportunities for growth, Dan took a position with Cintas Corporation. He moved quickly from Sales Representative to Sales Manager then Director of Sales Training and Development and finally, National Account Manager. Dan left Cintas after 10 years, having achieved the following accomplishments: 1) Only person to attend 10 consecutive President’s Clubs; 2) Ranked number three out of 1100 Sales Reps; 3) Ranked number one out of 225 Sales Managers; and 4) Ranked number one out of 20 National Account Managers. Dan then joined Aramark Uniform Services as the Western Region Sales Vice President in which he improved sales productivity 15%, increasing sales headcount by 92% while lowering turnover 19%. In his current position as Senior Vice President of Sales for Aramark Uniform Services, Dan has responsibility for over 500 Sales Professionals to increase revenue and improve profitability by raising productivity.

Robert M. Peterson is the Chair of the Department of Sales in the Russ Berrie Institute for Professional Sales at William Paterson University. Dr. Peterson earned the American Marketing Association 2002 Innovative Teacher Award and the Innovative Sales Educator Award from the University Sales Center Alliance 2006. He holds degrees from Indiana University, George Washington University and the University of Memphis. Dr. Peterson served on the board of the National Conference in Sales Management for seven years and now is a board member of the Sales Education Foundation. He has published several manuscripts, including articles appearing in Industrial Marketing Management, Business Horizons, Journal of World Business, Entrepreneurial Executive, and the Journal of Marketing Education. Malcolm Rees leads the global sales strategy for DHL Express, which has over 6,000 salespeople and operates in five major regions covering 228 countries. His major areas of responsibility are sales force automation, sales training and education, sales development, sales innovation , and global sales reporting. Prior to his global role he was vice president of sales for DHL Express, Asia Pacific, where he had responsibility for 2,000 salespeople and saw revenue growth of over 15 percent per annum during his five-year tenure. He was instrumental in implementing the most successful sales force automation deployment of any region, attaining a usage level of 95 percent within 18 months of implementation. Rees also developed a sales benchmarking system that identified the top, middle and bottom performing salespeople and then tailored sales coaching according to performance. Mr. Rees has been with DHL Express for 29 years, after joining the company in the UK in a sales role.

As chief customer officer and president of international operations, Jim Steele oversees global sales. Steele joined salesforce.com in October 2002 from Ariba Corporation, where he served as executive vice president of worldwide sales. Chris Warwick was appointed as D&B/Hoover’s vice president of product management in November 2007. In this role she is responsible for the delivering new customer-focused products and executing product line strategies for specific market segments. Chris joined Hoover’s in 2004 as vice president of acquisition marketing and site development. She was responsible for driving the overall performance of Hoover’s online and direct-marketing efforts to drive qualified leads, unique visitor traffic, and brand awareness. Before joining Hoover’s, Warwick served as director of customer development for Bath & Body Works, where she was responsible for the development and delivery of customer communications including direct mail, email, and in-store and alternative marketing channels. Prior to this, she was vice president of consumer marketing and merchandising for Travelocity, where she drove the company’s CRM and database marketing initiatives, as well as all relationship and customer contact marketing and channel merchandising.
