Privacy Policy

Data Confidentiality
Your privacy and protecting your personal and financial information is important to us. We created our Privacy Policy because we want you to be informed about how our site collects and uses any information that we obtain about you as a visitor on our site.

Collection of Information
The only personal information that we collect about you is information you voluntarily provide through our site via registration and/or product order forms. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's email address as either a "registered user" or "anonymous." Anonymous visitors may be directed to a registration page, though not required to complete it. To update or complete your registration information, click on "My Profile" at the top of the SellingPower.com website.

To monitor the performance of our site we may collect non-personal information about our members and visitors, such as Internet server and browser identification, the Internet service provider, clickstream information, the web page from which a person enters our site, webpages visited, duration of visit and domain type.

Use of Personal Information
Our site uses cookies to save your User Id if you become a registered user. We do this to provide users with easier access to our site and its content so that you do not have to re-enter your contact information each time you visit our site or decide to download an article or other offering.

User contact information is also used to send a newsletter if you are a registered user and subscribe to the newsletter. Special offers are sometimes sent to subscribers as well on behalf of third parties. Selling Power sends out these e-mails directly to our users and third parties do not have access to your information. All recipients of a newsletter or special offer may opt-out of receiving future newsletters or offers at any time.

We may track and retain geolocation information related to your IP address. This information allows us to customize our offerings to you by providing you with the most relevant material from our site.

We may also aggregate personal information about our users, which does not identify you specifically, but does identify certain statistics about our users in general. For example, we may inform third parties about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors and most frequently viewed site content.

Our Use of Cookies
Our site uses cookies or other tracking devices. A cookie is able to store information such as data about your computer, the type of browser you use, and how many times your computer visits a certain site. Cookies enable us to track how often visitors are visiting our website and specific pages, the number of entries in specific events, the estimated audience size for sponsors and advertisers, and user preferences. You can refuse to use cookies by turning them off in your browser.

Third Party Sites
Our site features links to external websites as a resource for our users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any external websites. We therefore recommend that you review the privacy policy of any external websites that you may enter from our site.
