Capabilities

Make a list of your positive qualities. It’s easier to deny your special abilities if you never try to identify them. Are you honest? Unselfish? Helpful? Creative? Be generous with yourself and write down at least 20 positive qualities. Writing down qualities that make you a valuable and competent person helps convince you that you are indeed valuable and competent. As with your list of past successes, review this list often to reinforce the idea that, if you’ve accomplished great things in the past, you’re capable of doing it in the future.
