Negative Thoughts

Successful people don’t dwell on past negative experiences. The next time you find yourself anchoring into your past failures, simply become aware of it and practice a positive anchoring technique: First, identify and isolate your negative thoughts. Second, visually cut your ties to them. Third, identify and focus on your positive anchors (keep a mental “success list” so you can call these up when you need them). Fourth, surround yourself with positive/successful people. Success breeds more success.
