Blunders

You messed up a credit transaction, got an order wrong, failed to make good on a promise, or… Hold on! How many blunders do you think customers will tolerate? Don’t skate on thin ice. Identify customers who may be unhappy because of goofs that were either your fault or not. Make amends to help restore their goodwill. Reach out and make sure they appreciate your concern and no longer harbor resentment.
