Prospecting by phone has become a hot topic for sales leaders, and the things they are concerned about are lack of visibility, lack of control, weak performance and disengaged reps working from home. These metrics address these concerns directly, and I am specifically interested in the subset of sales leaders who believe that prospecting, especially by phone, addresses the actual bottleneck in generating the pipeline they need to win in 2021 as we work through the rest of the pandemic.
