Pre-event
Sponsor logo to appear (with hyperlink) on conference website and marketing emails as soon as we receive your artwork in the specified format.

During Event
Exhibit Space. Each sponsor will receive dedicated exhibit space for product demonstration or distribution of promotional materials throughout the event. Selling Power has provided the following meetings breaks to allow time for informal meetings with each sponsor. The location of the exhibit space is directly connected to the main meeting room.

- Pre-Lunch break (12:00 – 12:15 p.m.)

Post Event
Your company logo will appear on the conference website which will be promoted to conference participants after the event. Selling Power will drive traffic to the conference website by posting articles, white papers and photos. All sponsor's logos will appear on post-event emails.

Limited to only two companies. Benefits include:
- 8' exhibit booth space (10 ft wide x 8 ft high)
- Color logo on Jan/Feb 06 print ad (need commitment by Dec 12th), March 2006 print ad, premium position on conference website and on all pre/post event emails.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
Terms of Payment
All payments due are on signing, by check or credit card.
Confirmation
Your sponsorship will be guaranteed after the receipt of the sponsorship agreement and payment.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be in writing. Requests for refunds received prior to 2/20/2006 receive a 50% refund. After 2/20/2006 no refunds.
Sublet
Sponsors may not sublet or apportion part of the exhibit to advertise or distribute literature for other organizations.
