  1. Pre-event

    Sponsor logos will appear (with hyperlinks) on the conference Website and marketing emails as soon as we receive your artwork in the specified format.

  2. During Event

    Each sponsor will receive dedicated exhibit space for product demonstration or distribution of promotional materials throughout the event. Selling Power has provided the following meeting breaks to allow time for informal meetings with each sponsor. The exhibit space located adjacent to the main meeting room.

    • Continental Breakfast (7:30 – 8:30 a.m.)
    • Morning Refreshment break (10:30 – 10:50 a.m.)
    • Coffee Break (2:20 – 2:30 p.m.)
    • Afternoon Refreshment Break (3:30 – 3:50 p.m.)
    • Evening Networking Reception (5:15 – 6:30 p.m.)

  3. Post-Event

    Your company logo will appear on the conference Website, which will be promoted to conference participants after the event. Selling Power will drive traffic to the conference Website by posting articles, white papers, and photos. All sponsors' logos will appear on post-event emails.

Platinum Sponsorship:
Benefits include:

  • 8-foot exhibit booth space (10 feet wide x 8 feet high)
  • Color logo on printed conference marketing materials (print ads, direct mail)
  • Premium position on conference Website and on all pre- and post-event emails.
  • Special offer to attendees in one Selling Power post-event email
  • One-time mailing to all conference attendees (we will provide labels)
  • Post-event banner ad on conference Website for four weeks after the conference, rotating position

Limited to only six companies. Benefits include:

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

Terms of Payment

All payments are due on signing, by check or credit card.

Confirmation

Your sponsorship will be guaranteed after the receipt of the sponsorship agreement and payment.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be in writing. Requests for refunds received prior to August 1, 2008, receive a 50 percent refund. After August 1, 2008, no refunds will be given.

Sublet

Sponsors may not sublet or apportion part of the exhibit to advertise or distribute literature for other organizations.
