One of the biggest motivators is also the simplest: appreciation. A lack of appreciation can cause salespeople to move to other jobs, customers to move to the competition, and people in our personal lives to move away from us. The last disagreement you had with someone probably had a lack of appreciation at its root. Look for ways you can appreciate someone else today. Often, that's the best way to be appreciated in return.
