We need challenges to help us grow. For instance, an ideal customer is one who asks for a product or service you don't ordinarily provide but which you can make available through special provision. It is in this way that valuable niche positions are developed. But take care. Before abruptly taking on a new challenge, double-check to be sure it will not stretch your resources and develop more cost and anxiety than gain.
