Remember how hard it was when you first got into sales? OK, so some days you feel like you would rather jump in front of a bus than call another customer and ask for an order. You can manage this feeling. First, remind yourself why you're doing this job in the first place. Then review all the successes you've had in the past. Finally, give yourself a small reward and allow yourself to feel good once the task is completed. Everyone involved in sales needs support and nurturing, and you are no exception.
