One of the hallmarks of a great leader is knowing how to help other people overcome their own problems. The way you react when someone brings a problem to you can actually make the team stronger. The next time someone on your team asks, "What should I do?" or "Can you fix this problem for me?" resist the urge to supply an answer. Instead, help the person figure out how to solve it independently.
